We Stand Behind Our Work—and Our Promises
Our warranties are practically unrivaled in the industry. Naturally, a promise is only as good as the people who back it up. Fortunately, we’ve been in business since our inception in Salt Lake City, and our track record speaks for itself. We aren’t perfect, but you can trust that if we make a mistake, we will work hard and quickly to correct it.

Our most essential Guarantees
100% Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee
Every part of our service is backed by our guarantee. We provide total customer satisfaction, from our employees to the equipment we install. We ensure that all our personnel are well-dressed, drug- and smoke-free, and have received adequate training and certification. Every piece of equipment we install is guaranteed to work per the manufacturer’s specifications. If you are not happy with our service for any reason, we will swiftly repair any equipment or workmanship concerns. We will remove the equipment and return your money if you are still not entirely happy one year after the date of service.
Labor Warranty
We will waive the regular diagnosis price and execute the repair for free if your equipment experiences a part failure that is covered by a warranty within the labor warranty term mentioned on your signed proposal. The manufacturer’s parts warranty will cover the cost of any replacement components.
Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee
We are so confident in the quality of our work that we will guarantee it for the life of your home. Your equipment is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and our labor warranty, but this assurance covers ducting, flue venting, refrigeration lines, and other parts of our installation.
Manufacturer Parts Warranty
All the information on your equipment’s heat exchanger, compressor, and parts warranties may be found in the papers that came with it or on the manufacturer’s website.
The manufacturer, as defined in the owner’s manual for your equipment, requires routine maintenance on installed equipment to guarantee appropriate functioning. Repairs necessary due to a lack of normal maintenance are not covered by warranty and will be subject to a standard diagnostic fee.
