‘Tis the season for unexpected repairs. Our hot water heater started leaking and had to be replaced just in time for Christmas. We called Rocket. I originally asked them to fix only one toilet, because I didn’t know how much it was going to cost. They fixed all three of my toilets in less than an hour. I was referred to Rocket by my neighbor after receiving another very high bid from a company I’ve used for years that said it was urgent that i get a new furnace asap for $8,000 right before Christmas.. They previously asked me if i was a “shut in” and i didnt trust them and always felt like they were trying to upsell me. This “shut in “ is a recently retired female and managing partner of a prominent lawfirm for 45 years

Rocket came to give me a second opinion, said i didnt need a new furnace and when i do they would charge me alot less. They charged me $49 and went on their way. They are a father and son family run business that seem very honest and trustworthy.

We just used Rocket Plumbing at our house. We’ve used them before on other properties, and again they did a fantastic job. They are always on time. They don’t make a mess and they get the job done correctly. They are friendly and they know what they’re doing. I highly recommend them and will always use them in the future. They were able to dig some old galvanized supply lines out of the wall and replace them With PEX. They also added an internal vent so that the sink will drain properly and quickly, and they hooked up the new faucet and drain and corrected something that another Plumber had done wrong in the bathtub

Rocket Plumbing replaced my water heater last week. They told me the price was inclusive of flues, water lines, earthquake strapping, etc. They provide a 3 year labor warranty on top of the 6 yr water heater warranty. I was pleased with the installation and attention to detail.

Bill and Kyle were a life safer. Not even 12 hours from calling them they had my A/C fixed and my house cooling. All the other bigger air repairs shops could not get to me till 4+ days out. They diagnosed the issue in no time had solutions at different price points and was less than i had anticipated even with the higher priced warranty option. On top of all that they are friendly having great customer service skill. Save yourself several calls to the others guys (a call to book appointments out in advance and another to cancel your future dated appointments) and call them first.
